Shipping: Orders will usually ship in 5 to 7 working days, quick shipment is available upon request. We prefer to ship by UPS. While we offer several methods of shipping please note that if you choose "2 day" shipping for example that means that after the order is complete we will ship it via UPS 2 day service. It does not mean you will have the order in 2 days!

Our Guarantee: It's pretty simple, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason the quality of our engraving does not meet your standards we will cheerfully replace the item without arguement. We are a small company who realizes that to grow we need satisfied customers! Please note that when dealing with glass there will sometimes be slight imperfections, bubbles, wave lines etc. This is a by product of the glass manufacturing process and has nothing to do with the engraving.
