Do you offer any type of Guarantee? 

Any item that is damaged in shipment can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.

Should you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please give us a call. After receiving the damaged goods, we will send out a replacement at no charge. When returning the damaged or misprinted merchandise please do not include any other merchandise in your return shipment.

We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather conditions or carrier’s mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility. We will always do our best to advise concerning potential delays and offer shipping choices where possible. 

Will I see what my order looks like before it ships?

We supply pre-production proofs for all orders. Please check the proofs carefully for errors. Your order will be personalized using the proofs you have approved. Please make sure everything on the proofs are correct.

We do DO NOT offer PMS color matching on imprinted items. We use a digital process that is extremely accurate. If you provide a sample of the color desired we can usually match it.

We always try to under promise and over deliver. We offer high quality personalized products at a fair price. Our goal is to make your purchase a pleasant experience. If you have a question, do not hesitate to ask.

What kind of shipping do you use?

Our preferred shipper is UPS. We will ship FedEx if you have an account with them. Shipping is estimated based on weight, dimensions of the parcel and the receivers zip code. We use the shippers service maps to estimate delivery time. We are not responsible for weather or shipper's mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility. 


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

I want to order an ornament. How does this process work?

We will take the components (text, logo or clipart) you provide and complete the layout of your ornament. When visualizing your ornament design, remember we are dealing with a small engraveable area and less engraving is better. Tell the story with the minimum amount of text, less text equals larger, easier to read fonts. It is good to create a theme for your ornament. This can be a logo, clipart or a short string of text. We will add the text to complement your theme. Once the design is complete we will provide a pre-production proof.

A logo or clipart should be black on white no gray scale. Email questionable Images and we will let you know if they will work.

If you have a question do not hesitate to email or call. We have been engraving glass ornaments for thirteen years and have helped customers through many design issues. Our goal is to provide you a quality ornament at a fair price.

I want to order a sports ball. How does the process work?

  1. First you need to find the ball that you think best suits your needs / budget. Once you have done that fill in the form on the ball page and use the File Upload area to send us your images. Use the Misc Design Info area to submit any verbiage including any color or font preferences. Add your order to the cart and then checkout. Once your order is submitted you will receive a pre-production proof to the email you provided when placing the order within 1-2 business days. Please check your email regularly for our email. (Sales@creativelaseing.com) You can respond to the email with any changes and/or approval of the artwork.

Extra information on ordering. 

What we will do to make your design is take the components (text, logo or clipart) you provide and complete the layout of your Sports Ball imprint. If you are having issues uploading your information to our website you can submit this information via email to:sales@creativelasering.com. If you like a ball design on our website, please let us know which ball it is and we will do our best to duplicate it. For team or player recognition, we always recommend using the team logo and/or mascot. Please provide this image as a high resolution jpeg, pdf or eps file. Usually images found on websites such as Facebook or maxprep are extremely low resolution and will not produce the best results when printed on the balls. You can email questionable images and we will advise concerning suitability. As for matching colors we will sample colors in the logo and try to use these colors in some of the text. If no logo is used, send a sample of your theme color and we will apply it to some of the text. Be aware we do not do PMS color matching. We will get the color as close as possible with our digital process. Text for the balls can be provided in the body of an email or as a Microsoft Word document. Please provide names and rosters as you would like them to appear (first name first).

I want to use the design I have made for my order. 

If you are a experienced graphic designer and would like to develop your own artwork, by all means feel free to do the design yourself. There are however some strict design tolerances that must be followed. All of our products have templates we follow. Please ask what the dimensions are in an email or phone call and we will be happy to help you. 

What information do you collect from me?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do you use my information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs
  • To process transactions- (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested)
  • To send periodic emails (The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
  • Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email

How do you protect my information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do you use cookies?

We do not use cookies.

Do you disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


How long do you keep my artwork on file?

Your artwork will be stored for a minimum of 2 years in case you decide to reorder. This is simply to make any future purchases easier we will not reuse it for any reason other than your own future purchases.
