I ordered three balls for our 1,000 point club members. I got a file to review the order the next day and the order was sent to production that day. When I emailed them the next week to check on the status they told me the day it would be done (about two weeks from the order) and when I requested it to be done sooner they finished and shipped it in just a few days. Their customer support and quick response to emails was really awesome. The final product was exactly as advertised. I would definitely order from this company again.

I was hesitant to spend so much money while ordering something that I could now see, touch or feel in person. I really wanted this as a gift though and could not find anyone to do it locally. I took a chance and ordered it online hoping for the best. The next day I called to make sure my order was received and I wanted to clarify some questions that I had. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. She told me she would have me a proof to look at shortly and she did. When I received the proof I could make any changes that I wanted but the design team nailed it the first time. I received the ball in a timely manner and was more that happy with it! I will keep this Creative Lasering in mind for future orders!
