Personalized Split-Panel Full size Basketball

This is the 4th time I've used Creative Laser Solutions for Senior FB/BB gifts. Each time, this company and their employees top the previous time! They are so easy to work with and willing to "think outside the box" in order to meet your needs as a customer. This last order definitely had to top them all. I placed an order, then needed to add an additional request. During the approval process, I was informed that we needed to have the gifts for the awards night in 6 days (I thought we had several weeks but they moved up the awards night date). Not only did they rush the entire process, they shipped three customized basketballs the next day and they arrived with two days to spare. I cannot say enough about this amazing company and their wonderful employees. The recipients of the products were completely in awe of their gifts and will have a wonderful momento of their high school sports careers. I highly recommend this company and am beyond impressed. As someone who trains customer service representatives for a large company, I must say that everyone at Creative Laser Solutions is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered 2 of the split panel basketballs for our team and I can not say enough about them. I thought they looked great and the turn around time was amazing. I placed an order on a Friday evening, received the proof on Monday which is exactly how I asked for it to be done. Revised it on Tuesday because I decided on a different style. I received the revision an hour later, ok'd the changes and they sent it to production and shipped the same day. The company rocks and I can not wait to do business with the again. You can not beat the price for the quality and workmanship on these balls.

We ordered these as senior gifts and coach gift. Everyone was very pleased. Excellent customer service and very prompt with the order. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality products as well as helpful, friendly staff!

The basketballs turned out great! The quality was very good and the customer service was exceptional. It was a really fast turnaround time between the time the order was placed and receiving the shipment. The basketball team won not only their division but the championship as well while remaining undefeated in their league so it will be a great commemorative gift for the coaches to remember such a successful season.
