We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you (the "user" or "customer"), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Copyright, Trademarks & Custom Artwork

When you submit custom artwork, logos, text, or designs to Creative Laser Solutions for engraving, you are solely responsible for the content.

• Right to Use: You warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright and trademark, to the submitted artwork.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify Creative Laser Solutions against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the engraving of your submitted designs.
• Brand Ownership: All standard designs, graphics, and text originally created by Creative Laser Solutions remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Specifically, we reserve the right to reject orders that include unauthorized trademarked logos (e.g., NFL, Disney, college logos without a license), hate speech, explicit imagery, or any content we deem inappropriate or legally risky.

4. Proof Approvals & Typographical Errors

We provide digital proofs for all custom orders. Once a proof is approved by you, the order moves directly into production.

Creative Laser Solutions is not liable for misspelled names, incorrect dates, or layout errors if the final engraved product matches the proof approved by the customer. If an error occurs on our end that deviates from the approved proof, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for more details.

5. Customer-Supplied Items for Engraving

If you choose to supply your own physical item for custom engraving, you agree to do so at your own risk. While we take the utmost care in handling and calibrating our lasers, unforeseen material reactions can occur. Creative Laser Solutions is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the cost of one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable, or customer-supplied items in the rare event of machine error or material failure during the engraving process.

6. Pricing, Products & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, wood grains, and images of our products. Because wood and leather are natural materials, variations in color, grain, and engraving darkness are standard and not considered defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Creative Laser Solutions, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
