If you're not happy with the final design after you've had your chance to make changes, we'll refund the cost of your order.

Do ready-made designs get a proof?

No. Ready-made designs with nothing to personalize, like our Cheers and Made with Love boards, go straight into production.

How do proofs work for larger business orders?

We send one proof for the whole order, and reorders reuse your approved file, so there's nothing to re-approve.
