  •  How long have you been in business?

We are a Family Owned Business based out of Kansas City, Missouri who have been creating customized gifts for our customers for over 20 years. We love what we do and we strive for perfection.

 

  • I want to see what my design will look like before I pay 

We ask for payment before we do any custom designing. We have been designing products for over 20 years. In the end of the proofing process, if you are still not happy with the final design after you have had your chance to change what you'd like, we will always refund the cost of your order.

 

  • Do you offer any type of Guarantee? 

It's pretty simple, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Any item that is damaged in shipment can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.


Should you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please give us a call. After receiving the damaged goods, we will send out a replacement at no charge. When returning the damaged or misprinted merchandise please do not include any other merchandise in your return shipment. Do not write on the ball itself because we can try to clean the ball and reuse it.

 If for some reason the quality of our engravings do not meet your standards we will cheerfully replace the item without argument. We are a small company who realizes that to grow we need satisfied customers! Please note that when dealing with glass there will sometimes be slight imperfections, bubbles, wave lines etc. This is a by product of the glass manufacturing process and has nothing to do with the engraving

We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather conditions or carrier’s mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility. We will always do our best to advise concerning potential delays and offer shipping choices where possible. 

 

  • I just want one ball/engraved item, Is this possible?

Yes! We do not have a minimum qty so if you want one ball, you can order just one! We do offer a qty discount if you order more than one. All pricing is listed on our website page on each product page. 

 

  • I ordered a ball for my team and some other parents/coaches want to order for their kids/team. How do I go about relaying this information?

You can let parents/team know that they can refer to your name and we will copy the design you have ordered. They can either order via the website and mention the information in the design details box or send us an email at sales@creativelasering.com. We will match the name up to the proof and send it over with the edited information for them to review before we print.

 

  • Will I see what my order looks like before it ships?

We supply pre-production proofs for all orders. Once you have placed your order and It is paid for we will send a proof for you to review and make changes to. Please check the proofs carefully for errors. Your order will be personalized using the proofs you have approved. Please make sure everything on the proofs are correct.

We do DO NOT offer PMS color matching on imprinted items. We use a digital process that is extremely accurate. If you provide a sample of the color desired we can do our best to match it.

We always try to under promise and over deliver. We offer high quality personalized products at a fair price. Our goal is to make your purchase a pleasant experience. If you have a question, do not hesitate to ask.

 

  • Which shipping company do you use?

Our preferred shipper is UPS. We will ship FedEx if you have an account with them but we ask that you send us an email prior to ordering so we can adjust the shipping costs first. Shipping is estimated based on weight, dimensions of the parcel and the receivers zip code. We use the shippers service maps to estimate delivery time. We are not responsible for weather or shipper's mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility. We can also use the Postal Service but they are not as reliable as UPS and cannot guarantee delivery times.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

  • Do you have a storefront? 

No, We do not have a walk in store. We have been running as an internet based business for 20 years.
We are considering opening up a storefront in the future. 

 

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

When you place your order you will have a chance to let us know when you need it by. Once you have placed your order we will send you a pre-production proof within 24 business hours. Once you have your proof you can let us know any changes you'd like to it. Once the design is approved from you we will send it to production. We will then decide when it's best to ship your order based off of the date you requested you need it. Typically it's about a week from the time of ordering. We can always print same day and overnight an order if need be.

 

  • Can I pick my order up if I am local?

Yes, We will then add tax to your invoice. Just let us know you'd like to pick up an order prior to ordering ( Please call or email).

We prefer the order is paid before you pick the item up. Please call before you come so we can have your order ready for you. We work from a residence.

  

  • Extra information on ordering sports balls

To make your design we take the components (text, logo or clip art) you uploaded and provided at the time of ordering and complete the layout of your design. If you are having issues uploading your information to our website you can submit this information via email to:sales@creativelasering.com.

If you like a ball design on our website, please let us know which ball it is and we will do our best to duplicate it. For team or player recognition, we always recommend using the team logo and/or mascot. Please provide any image as a high resolution jpeg, pdf or eps file. Usually images found on websites such as Facebook or maxprep are extremely low resolution and will not produce the best results when printed on the balls.

You can email questionable images and we will advise concerning suitability. As for matching colors we will sample colors in the logo and try to use these colors in some of the text. If no logo is used, send a sample of your theme color and we will apply it to some of the text. Be aware we do not do PMS color matching. We will get the color as close as possible with our digital process. Text for the balls can be provided in the body of an email or as a PDF document. Please provide names and rosters as you would like them to appear (first name first).

 

  • I want to use the design I have made for my order instead of your designers making me one.

If you are a experienced graphic designer and would like to develop your own artwork, by all means feel free to do the design yourself. There are however some strict design tolerances that must be followed. All of our products have templates we follow. Please ask what the dimensions are in an email or phone call and we will be happy to help you.
