Due to the custom nature of our products we provide a pre-production proof within 24 HOURS of your order completion. We require that this artwork be approved prior too the production of your items. We are not resposible for late arrival in the event that this process is not completed in a timely manner.
We use the shippers service maps to estimate delivery time. We are not responsible for weather or mechanical delays or other outside circumtances . We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional weight-based. The dimensional weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
