My team mates and I ordered a mini volleyball on Sunday evening for our last game on Thursday to surprise our captain. The product was customized and shipped out the next day! (I pay for express two-day shipping) Overall, the service was highly coordinated and the quality was soft and comfortable (not sure about the full size but the mini one was super soft). I must admit, I wasn't sure this would be a easy purchase, or it would come out as good as it turned out. I was wrong, and quick communication back and forth working out what I needed, and wanted went super smooth. The only reason I went with 4 stars, and not 5, was because of the size of the Team picture on the ball was not as large as I would have liked, but I'm still very please with the final product. The price was also very good, and quick delivery is always a plus. Thanks so much for a job well done, and a team memory that will last forever.

Let's get the negative out of the way - minus 1/2 star for not being able to customize the "stripes" of the volleyball to match the team colors. Negative aside, can't say enough good things about this company. As the team parent, I was charged to find the coach's b-day gift. With 10 days to plan, hardly any companies will willing to work with me to personalize anything without charging an arm and a leg. The only outrageous cost (and not mad about) was the express shipping at about $35. From the time of order to completion to first proof was less than 24 hours. The sales team did an excellent job of modifying it to my needs (probably 3-4 proofs in a 2 day period). From approval to ship was another business day and ball in hand 2 days later with 2 days to spare! The girls all signed the ball with each writing a note to the coach & we gave it to her at her birthday dinner while at our out-of-town tournament. The look on her face made it worth the effort. Thank you for helping us to experience a priceless moment.
