This is the 4th year we have ordered these balls for our seniors on our high school soccer team. Quick turn around and never disappoints on quality or customer service.

I had ordered 11 personalized balls 9 days before I needed them for our end-of-season party. I had called twice and was able to speak promptly with staff members to make sure that they would be delivered to us in Seattle in time. Proofs were made available promptly and I was assured everything would make it on time. Unfortunately the promised date came and went and I received no delivery. I contacted the company the Monday after to complain and promptly received the honest reply that the order had been prepared days before but never shipped. They offered to ship immediately and refund the entire cost of the order. I was very disappointed about the mistake that led to our order not being available for the end of season party but I very much appreciated the immediate explanation and acceptance of the error and the offer to refund the cost of the order to rectify the situation. I was ultimately able to delivery all of the personalized balls to the all but one of the players and I would consider using them again despite the failure to deliver their product.

I order a personalized soccer ball for my son's coach. Everyone loved it! The people were great to work with. Very prompt with responses. My son waited till last minute to order and the company worked with us to make sure we received in time for banquet. I would highly recommend them.
